Building Bridges Through Communication (BBTC) is currently gathering interest input for our Enrichment Group program. We plan on offering Enrichment Groups designed to build connection, confidence, and joy for our clients and their caregivers. We understand the importance of finding supportive and enriching activities for the special needs community, and our team is dedicated to creating a welcoming and safe space for everyone to thrive.
Programs to be offered include social skills, adaptive dance, yoga, and more for children and adults with special needs, as well as support for caregivers.
Our format offers small groups or 1:1 sessions tailored to individual needs and comfort, with flexible scheduling available to meet your family’s needs.
Where do the Groups Meet? All Group sessions will be held at the Building Bridges Through Communication’s clinic located at 4500 Hillcrest Road #120 in Frisco, Texas.
What’s the Length of a Group Meeting? Each Group session will be one (1) hour in duration.
Who Leads the Group Meeting? Each Group session will be led by one of BBTC’s certified team members.
Is the cost of the Group covered by any funding sources or insurance? No, this is a self-pay program currently.
Social Skill Group
Our Focus: To provide fun, guided peer interactions that build communication and friendships.
Our Goals: We aim to help participants feel more confident in social situations, develop essential communication skills, and build meaningful friendships. Our groups are designed to provide a safe place to practice social cues, problem-solving, and collaboration.

Adaptive Dance Group
Our Focus: To enable participants to express themselves, move, and groove in a supportive environment.
Our Goals: The primary goals are to promote physical fitness, coordination, and creative expression. We want every participant to feel the joy of movement while building strength and body awareness.

Adaptive Exercise Group
Our Focus: To build an individual’s strength, coordination, and confidence through movement.
Our Goals: We want to help participants develop a positive relationship with exercise, improve their overall physical health, and feel more confident in their bodies.

Adaptive Yoga Group
Our Focus: To breath, balance, and stretch in a calming, accessible way.
Our Goals: Our goal is to promote mindfulness, flexibility, and relaxation. Participants will be led through gentle poses and breathing exercises to reduce stress and improve body-mind connection.
Benefits for your Special Person: Adaptive yoga can improve the participant’s physical flexibility and balance, and also help with emotional regulation and stress reduction.
