Find Connection, Build Confidence: Join a BBTC Social Skills Class

Does your loved one thrive in structured environments but struggle to navigate the “unwritten rules” of social interaction? At BBTC, we transform social anxiety into social success. Our classes provide a safe, fun, and guided environment where participants don’t just learn about friendship—they practice it in real-time.

The BBTC Difference: Expert-Led Growth

We believe social success is a skill that can be mastered. To ensure the highest quality of care and progress, our small, supportive classes are led by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). By combining evidence-based strategies with individualized feedback, we tailor every session to the specific age and unique needs of our participants.

What Your Loved One Will Master

Through a blend of guided lessons, interactive role-play, and peer collaboration, participants gain the tools to navigate the world with ease:

  • Communication Essentials: Improving conversation flow and reading subtle body language.
  • Friendship Building: The mechanics of making—and keeping—meaningful connections.
  • Emotional Regulation: Expressing feelings appropriately and managing social frustration.
  • Problem Solving: Navigating social “hiccups” and collaborating with peers.
  • The Result: A Stronger Sense of Belonging
Beyond the classroom, our goal is to foster a lasting transformation. Participants walk away with:
  • Increased Self-Esteem: Feeling capable and “at home” in social settings.
  • Reduced Anxiety: Replacing uncertainty with proven social strategies.
  • True Community: A safe space where they are understood and valued.
