- Profiling: You have the right to opt-out of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you. Arrow House Counseling does not participate in profiling.

We will respond to your request within 45 days of receipt, though this period may be extended once by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, and we will inform you of any such extension. We will verify your request using the information associated with your account or by requesting additional information to confirm your identity. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your TDPSA rights.
Appeals: If we deny your request, you may appeal our decision by contacting us as described in the “Contact Information” section. We will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken in response to the appeal, including a written explanation of the reasons for the decisions, within 60 days of receipt of an appeal. If the appeal is denied, we will also provide you with a method for contacting the Texas Attorney General to submit a complaint.
